ClaySheepWhat does ClaySheep mean? The name "ClaySheep" comes from two classic Biblical analogies that describe our relationship with God. God is the potter and we are the clay (Isaiah 64:8), and Jesus Christ is the Good Shepherd and we are His sheep (John 10:14). So, the name is a committment to being molded by God and led by His Son. Claysheep began in the summer of 1998 as a bit of a joke. But what we thought was funny, God took very seriously. Over the years Claysheep has served the kingdom by making Christian hip-hop music that can be both encouraging to believers and inspiring to those who don't yet know Christ.
